This resource gives your students the communication tools they need to cope with relationships at work. Help students communicate effectively, solve problems creatively, and work as a team while improving the basic reading and writing skills most needed for quality work performance while embedding functional literacy skills.

Interactive sessions build skills in being assertive, identifying non-verbal communication, recognising stress and conflict, and more. Tasks use students’ own experiences to work out solutions to problems.
