More Reading Level 2

Motivational, functional reading tasks set in workplace contexts. All the Functional English tasks in this title are set in three workplaces – a health club, a hospital and a charity. This helps make the activities both real and relevant to students. Knowledge about each workplace builds cumulatively as students progress through the levels.

Tasks at Level 2 include improving vocabulary, reading longer and more complex work-related texts, reading texts and forming an opinion, recognising bias, reading and understanding technical vocabulary and summarising texts. A student checklist, comprehensive teaching notes and answers are included.
