Axis Education does not, and never will, sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Axis Education is committed to protecting your privacy. Axis Education will only use the information you provide lawfully. Axis Education will not distribute or disclose any information about you to any third parties, except as required to fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status, unless you have provided your consent or if Axis Education is required or permitted to do so by the law. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

Information collected 
The information Axis Education collects about you includes your name, address, telephone number and email address. When you place an order online we do not have any access to your credit/debit card details as these are captured and handled directly by our payment processor Stripe. When you pay by card over the phone or in person at an exhibition, your card details are entered directly into the terminal and are not recorded or retained by ourselves. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you inform us of any inaccuracies, we will correct or delete them promptly.

When you place orders, we use secure protocols and servers. The HTTPS and secure sockets layer (SSL) protocols encrypt all information you input before it is sent to us, which makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. We endorse the Code of Practice for Information Security Management (BS7799/ISO17799). Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The on-line shopping function of the site uses cookies to speed up the ordering process. These are small text files which are sent to your computer which enable our website to recognise you. They are not computer programmes and are incapable of reading any material on your hard disk or disseminating viruses. You can set up your computer so that it rejects cookies, but in doing so you may be unable to use the shopping facility on the site.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.
